I work with individuals and local businesses to design and create custom woven artwork that elevate a room’s aesthetic and fill the space with colors, materials, and textures that reflect the customer’s personality. Pieces are created as sustainably as possible—from the fibers that I select to utilizing recycled packaging materials.
 

Commissions are made easy through an online form, where I will collect all of the information that I need to get started. I will need you to consider…

• If you are interested in a tapestry or a framed weaving
• The dimensions of the space that this piece will go in
• The color palette that you are drawn to
• Any other special requests, such as a preference in type of materials or extra features,      such as beading

I will also ask you to share some inspiration photos. You can peruse my Instagram, website, or put together a mood board with images of pieces, colors, styles, and texture that you are drawn to. This will help me get a feel for the style that you like, but it will still be a custom piece completely unique to you! 

Some people prefer really tight and uniform stitches with patterns and symmetry. Some people prefer thick, loopy, asymmetrical stitches with lots of dimension. You can also describe to me what about those pieces catches your eye. Is it the colors? The texture? A specific type of stitch?

After I have this information, we will agree on a price and I will collect a deposit. Then, I can get to work! My price range for commissions varies greatly, however, I do my best to accommodate budgets of all sizes. Factors such as type of weaving, size, fiber selection are all considered when I develop a cost estimate. Turnaround time varies by order, however, most orders take 2-3 weeks.
